Home Visits & Outreach 

Available between Cairns, Port Douglas, Gordonvale and the Atherton Tablelands

Travel costs may apply, discuss upon booking

Payment is due at the time of your appointment via contactless secure payment.

Following payment of your appointment in full, an invoice will be provided that you can submit directly to your private health fund / Medicare / NDIS.

Services Australia (Centrelink) Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card Holders

20% discount if you have a valid concession card. 

Please note: The card must be in date and you'll need to can bring it to your appointments. 

Private Health Funds

Rebates may be accessible via your private health fund, please contact your insurer to determine your level of cover for Occupational Therapy.

Medicare

If you have a long-standing (chronic) condition, you may be eligible for a referral under the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program. Please discuss this with your General Practitioner as it is up to their discretion.

NDIS

Self managed or plan managed participants of the NDIS can receive cover by the scheme.
