• Teacher or Carer health, wellbeing and resilience. 
• Sensory Processing and how it influences all of our day to day activities and cognitive function.
• Neurodiversity and how to be more inclusive. 
• Supporting children with transitions. 
• Toileting.
• Child development.
• Setting up environments and routines to support regulation and function for adults and children.
• Interception - our ability to sense our internal feelings, body functions and sensations, and how it influences self-regulation, mental health and social connection (well, everything!).
